Resilience and Laughter for Learning with Guru Nanak School

Laughology

In a lively and interactive workshop that brought together the primary and secondary school teams of Guru Nanak School, Stephanie Davies, Head of Happiness, delivered a workshop on building resilience and using laughter and humour in learning.

Over 200 school team members took part in the workshop as Stephanie introduced the concept of "FLIP-it Thinking." This innovative approach encourages everyone to reframe challenges and setbacks into opportunities for growth.

The team at Guru Nanak School left the workshop with a newfound enthusiasm for infusing laughter and positivity into their classrooms. One teacher said, "Stephanie's workshop showed us how to use laughter to help learning be fun; such helpful tools to add to our teaching approach." The Headteacher said, "I've never seen our school teams so energised and inspired. Stephanie's energy is contagious."

Fancy catching some of Stephanie’s contagious energy for your school team - it’s definitely more positive than our most recent pandemic - get in touch with us to find out how we can help - This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
