Building Resilience at Chellaston Academy

Laughology

In true Laughology style, Stephanie Davies recently brought some laughter and learning to the well-deserved teaching teams, support staff, and school community at Chellaston Academy.

Stephanie delivered a high-energy presentation at Derby Football Stadium to 550 members of the school’s team. Working in education is no easy feat, and we were asked to support the team with tools and techniques for building resilience during what’s been a long and successful term.

She shared Laughology’s FLIP-It Thinking Toolkit, which helps individuals reframe challenges, boost resilience, and consider ways to support others and their own well-being.

The session was a massive hit and provided the perfect positive energy boost to end the term on a high. The Happy-Centred Schools team loves working with schools, and this session was no exception.
