But here’s something you probably didn’t know. A quarter of people going through menopause have considered leaving teaching. And those that stick with it can find the demands of the job even tougher when menopausal symptoms strike.
 
Some people can find it uncomfortable to talk about. However it impacts everyone and at Laughology, we believe knowledge is power.
 
We've been delivering Menopause workshops for the last seven years. Through feedback and expertise, it's helped us build an understanding of what helps and hinders people going through menopause and what can be done to support them better.
 
The great news is that ‘Hot Damn!’ can be delivered as a keynote, an INSET workshop or a twilight. Yes, it’s that flexible - clearly it’s been on the calcium tablets and HRT!
