Resilience and Wellbeing INSET at Springside Primary School

Laughology

Our Victoria visited staff members at Springside Primary School in Rochdale for an afternoon of FLIP-it Thinking and wellbeing earlier this week.

With around 50 participants coming together to share funny stories, discover their personal patterns of behaviour and find out about the drivers of happiness. The session was informative and engaging, with many commenting that it was a brilliant way to finish off their INSET day.

The group were able to take away practical steps and actions to achieve realistic happiness as well as having been boosted with a significant dose of happy hormones. Many prizes were won from the Happy-Centred Schools goody bag, and participants experienced first-hand that confidence only comes as a result of doing something – no matter how silly!
