Stephanie Davies Kicks Off the School Year with Victorious Academies Trust

Laughology

Stephanie Davies, Laughology’s Head of Happiness, was invited to launch the new school year with Victorious Academies Trust. As the Trust continues to grow, with more schools joining, bringing everyone together has become a challenge—not only logistically but also in terms of creating a sense of unity.

Never one to shy away from a large crowd, Stephanie took the stage at Manchester’s iconic Bridgewater Hall, addressing an audience of 2,000, including headteachers, senior leaders, staff, and support teams. Her session focused on fostering a sense of belonging and reinforcing the Victorious values, highlighting how these values help all staff support the children and parents of the Trust to achieve their best, while creating a happy, thriving school environment for everyone.

The session delved into what makes belonging important, the role each individual plays in making their school a place of well-being and inclusivity, and how to maintain a positive outlook for the year ahead. The audience, already part of the Victorious Academies success story, were highly engaged and left with plenty of actionable takeaways.

Good luck to all at Victorious Academies for the year ahead! If you’d like Stephanie or one of the team to speak at your event—large or small—or at INSET days, please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
